We believe that in complex, chaotic or complicated environments, change requires more than just the application of tools & techniques.

Many professionals are aware of PM approaches such as PRINCE2, and as qualified practioners we clearly believe these skills can be of use.

However the tools and techniques PRINCE2 and other purely rational approaches provide are often not enough. There are a range of additional intervention theories, managerial and interpersonal approaches that have been developed and tested over time and that can help increase the chances of success for any change initiative.

It is about bringing the right tools, skills and approaches to the table at the right time.
